Starter Templates
If you're just starting with Catalytic, you can load up a Workflow Starter Templates to get automated Workflows running in a few minutes.
Mail Merge
Get started with the Mail Merge template to send batches of customized emails based on an email template and Excel spreadsheet.
In this template, you’ll start by downloading and editing a simple excel spreadsheet, then after you upload it to your Catalytic process, you can pull data from the spreadsheet and incorporate it in each email.

Survey
Get started with the Survey template to send out a form to a list of users, then after a set number of days, get a summary of the results and responses.

In this template, you’ll download and edit a simple spreadsheet and enter in your survey recipients. Then you can customize the form questions for your survey, and configure the deadlines and duration of the survey window.

Email filtered reports
Get started with the Email Filtered Reports template to send out batches of customized emails to managers based on an email template and excel spreadsheet. Each manager receives a report with information from their direct reports.

In this template, you’ll download and edit a simple spreadsheet and enter in your managers and direct reports. Then you can customize the email that includes the report.

Generate Document and Collect E-Signature
Get started with the Generate Document and Collection E-Signature template to create and populate a dynamic word document, then send the document out for signature.

In this template, you’ll start by downloading and editing a simple Word document, then after you upload it to your Catalytic process, you can populate it with data from your process.

Approval Workflow
Get started with the Approval Workflow Starter Template to create an approval loop where requests can be accepted or rejected.

In this template, you’ll customize an approval workflow—User A submits a request, and User B accepts or rejects it. If the request is rejected, User A is asked to resubmit a new request. This repeats until the request is approved.
