With search you can find any task, instance, data table, user, and Workflow on your team from anywhere. Search is simple and fast with no hidden or complicated operators and criteria: start typing to find what you’re looking for, or select a category and narrow your search.
Select in the top right corner of any screen to start a search. A global search will search within your entire Catalytic team. Search can find Workflows, instances, tasks, data tables, or help articles.
Your previous searches are stored in the global search window for quick access to previous search results.
You can focus your search on specific categories before or after you have made a search. Before searching, select the different category options under Advanced Search in the global search window; this will limit search results to just those items. You can cancel a category search by selecting on the right side of the search bar.
If you’ve already made a search and it doesn’t appear in the first five results of a category, select View All for the category to display all category results that match your search. This applies to all categories.
Our help center is connected to the Catalytic search and help center results appear in the Help category of the search results. You can search for specific articles and documentation about key features and actions within the global search.
You can search locally with the Filter items search box within a single page to find a specific item you’re looking for. Many pages across Catalytic have a Filter items search box.
For example, if you’re looking for a data able and you’re on the Data Tables page, you can use the filter items search box to quickly search through all data tables. Many pages across Catalytic have the filter items search to quickly find results on a page you’re viewing.
