Outlook: Create Meeting

🕙  1 minute read

Use this action to schedule a meeting event. Outlook actions require an Azure Office 365 account.

The action works for email addresses that are members of the same Office 365 Active Directory account as the integration.

Because this action completes immediately, it is not possible to handle if a participant rejects the meeting invite.

If you need to find a time for the meeting, you can use the Outlook: Find available meeting times action.

Use case

When a meeting needs to be generated based on a Workflow instance, the Outlook: Create meeting action can automatically set up a time to meet. For instance, if a special review of a large invoice is needed, the action could create an event.

How to configure this action

This action requires a preconfigured Outlook integration. For more information on integrating Catalytic with other systems, please refer to the Integrations section of our help documentation.
