Lever: Retrieve a single form

Use this action to output details about a specific feedback form. In Lever, users can leave notes on candidates which can include comments or ratings.

How to configure this action

This action requires a preconfigured Lever integration. For more information on integrating Catalytic with other systems, please refer to the Integrations section of our help documentation.

Fields for this action

  • Integration

    • Select your Lever integration from the options. You may have multiple integrations configured.
  • Note ID

    • The note ID to retrieve information on. To get the note ID, try using an action like Lever: Retrieve a feedback form to retrieve all notes for a candidate first.
  • Candidate

    • Enter the User ID for the candidate you wish to retrieve.
    • Here are two ways to find a User ID:
    • Use an action
    • Find the ID manually from the URL
  • Perform as

    • All changes in Lever are said to be “performed” by a user. Enter a User ID for the user you wish to appear as performing this action.
  • Output Field Prefix

    • To help keep output fields organized, choose an output field prefix to add to the beginning of each output field name as this action may output more than one field.
    • The step’s name is used as the prefix by default.

What will this output?

This action may generate multiple fields. To help keep output fields organized, the prefix above will be added to the beginning of each of the output field names, separated by two dashes. Each field will result as:{{output-field-prefix--output-field}}

Output fields for this action

  • Completed at

    • The Unix timecode for when the note was completed.
  • Deleted at

    • If the note was deleted, the Unix timecode for when the note was deleted.
  • Note details

    • A data table field with details about the note, such as the content of the note, or ratings associated with the note.
  • Note ID

    • The note ID specified during configuration.
  • Secret

    • True or false for whether the note was set as secret.
  • Text

    • The type of note, such as phone interview.
