Use this action to create a new customer record in NetSuite
Use case
- Add a new customer to a NetSuite account
- Automatically assign tasks based on the new customer
How to configure this action
This action requires a preconfigured NetSuite integration. For more information on integrating PagerDuty Workflow Automation with other systems, please refer to the Integrations section of our help documentation.

Integration
- Select your team’s integration from the list

Company Name
- Name of the company that is being added as a customer or name of the company an individual customer belongs to

Status
- Current state of the customer such as open, closed, etc.

Customer Type
- Type Individual’ or ‘Company’ based on the customer

First Name
- Customer contact’s first name

Last Name
- Customer contact’s last name

Access Role
- Role of the customer in NetSuite

Job Title
- Position title of the customer (applies if the customer is an individual)

Account Number
- Assigned account number for this customer

Customer URL
- Sets the URL associated with the customer
- It is recommended to type one word, all lowercase, for the URL

Credit Limit
- Maximum currency amount the customer is allowed to accrue

Customer Email
- Customer contact’s email address

Customer Fax
- Customer contact’s fax number

Customer Phone Number
- Customer contact’s phone number

Custom field 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) ID
- View the field in NetSuite Setup to find the ID

Custom field 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) Value
- Create a value to store the field
