Images: Convert image between formats
Use this action to convert an image into a specified file format.
Over 150 different file formats are supported. See supported image file formats for a list of supported image types.

- Note: This action accepts images up to 15,000 Pixels and 15MB based on the PagerDuty Workflow Automation system limits.
Use Case 
Convert any image uploaded to PagerDuty Workflow Automation before using it in other actions or systems.
- Use this action to meet an application’s file type requirements.
- Convert an image, then insert it into documents with actions like Word: Create a Word Document, Powerpoint: Populate a Template, and Email: Send an Email.
How to configure this action
Although this action supports over 150 image file formats, some formats may only work for source images, versus the converted image.
When configuring this action, reference a File in the Source Image field configuration, and enter an File extension like .PNG or reference a field in the Destination field configuration. How do I reference a field?
The multiple files field type is not supported.
Supported image file formats
The image conversion action only works with specfic image formats. If a image format is “Read Only”, then it can only be used as a source image—in other words you cannot convert a file to a image format type that is considered “Read Only”
Read Only: The action supports converting from a file with this image format, but not converting to. Write Only: The action supports converting to this image format, but not converting from. Read and Write: You can freely convert to and from this image format.

My file is missing a file extension, or just has a “.” at the end
This may happen if the Convert to image format field is misconfigured. Be sure to include the full image format file extension, such as .PNG or .JPEG.
