Catalytic Community is your center for collaborating and sharing with other Workflow users—ask questions, get help from the team, or share tips.
If you haven’t accessed the Community yet, you can get started from your Catalytic team. Your Community username will be the name you have on your Catalytic team.
- Select your photo or profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Community from the menu
You must be a member of a team to access the Community. If you try to access the community directly at https://community.pushbot.com/ and are not logged into a Catalytic team in your browser, you’ll be redirected to this help article.
Try logging back into your Catalytic team then accessing the community from your user menu.
You can bookmark or follow threads or categories and receive notifications whenever they’re updated. You should follow threads you’re interested in keeping up to date on. For example, if another user asks a question you’re interested in—follow that thread to get notified of any updates.
To follow a category: Click the Gear icon on a category, then select “Follow”.
To follow an individual thread: Select the Star icon.
You can change individual notification preferences from your profile. From there, you can adjust how Community alerts you and what alerts you’ll receive.

- Select Edit Profile
- On the next page, select Notification Preferences on the right hand side.
